If you fail to reschedule or cancel same day & 24hrs before your appointment— this includes no call no show & being 15mins late on the day of your appointment, Deposit is Non refundable & 100% of the remaining service balance booked will be charged no exceptions. You may send payment to Cash App or Apple Pay to rebook otherwise future appointments will be denied until balance is completed.
